DISCOVER TORONTO
The Junction
The Junction is arguably one of Toronto’s *coolest* neighbourhoods, typically attracting a trendy, young crowd. The area has developed tremendously over the years and has emerged as one of Toronto’s most lively neighbourhoods.
Bordered by the Northern end of High Park and the trendy eastern arm of The Junction Triangle, this eclectic area offers a quiet place to call home, or a lively night out for visitors.
The term “The Junction” is generally applied to the area north of Annette, south of St. Clair, and between Runnymede Road and the Canadian National Railway corridor to the east – which intersects with the Canadian Pacific Railway corridor at West Toronto Diamond. Historically, the boundary lines cover a considerably larger area.
The main street of Dundas West is alive with restaurants, bars, local boutiques and businesses. At the same time, St. Clair West offers more suburban amenities (looking at you, Stockyards Centre) in the city’s urban center. Hop on a rental city bike and explore, you’ll find yourself amongst a multi-generational mix of trendy youths, urban professionals, young families, and low-key locals.
