Midtown
Toronto’s Midtown is a neighbourhood which has been steadily on the rise in recent years. Midtown Toronto offers a number of outstanding attractions, restaurants and properties – including condos, townhouses, and houses.
The bustling midtown intersection of Yonge and Eglinton is a neighbourhood that’s located in the northern portion of Toronto. It’s a popular hub for young professionals and families. Although it’s not directly located in the heart of the city, if you take a walk along these streets, you just might think it is. There’s an unmistakeable urban vibe that resonates as you take in all that this happening neighbourhood has to offer.
What makes Midtown unique is its mix of metropolitan and residential areas. High rise condos, shops, restaurants, bars, and theatres are surrounded by quiet, tree-lined streets. This mix attracts a diverse demographic to the neighbourhood.
Its borders are roughly defined by St. Cair Avenue to the south and Eglinton Avenue or Lawrence Avenue to the north, Bayview Avenue to the east and Dufferin Street to the west. The central neighbourhood of the area is Yonge-Eglinton.
